SECOND SUPPLEMENT TO LICENSEES' RESPONSE TO CASH /EDDLEMAN SHOW CAUSE PETITION On December 15, 1986, Carolina Power & Light Company
("CP&L") and North Carolina Eastern Municipal Power Agency (col-lectively " Licensees) filed " Licensees' Response to CASH /Eddleman Show Cause Petition," in response to an October 17, 1986 petition under 10 C.F.R. 5 2.206.
A " Supplement to Licens-ees' Response to CASH /Eddleman Show Cause Petition" was filed on January 6, 1987.
The enclosed Affidavit of Joseph W.
McKay, dated January 28, 1987, amends his previous affidavit, filed with Licensees' origi-nal response, to make a minor correction.
