A.C.-DISTRIBUTION - OPERATING LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION 3.8.2.1 The following A.C. electrical busses shall be-OPERABLE and energized with tie breakers open between redundant busles:

4160 volt Emergency BJs # A1 4160 volt Emergency Bus # A2 480 volt Emergency Bus # B01/B03 l

1 480 volt Emergency Bus # B02/B04 120 volt A.C. Preferred Instrument Bus # Y11 (Vital Bus) 120 volt A.C. Preferred Instrument Bus #-Y13 (Vital Bus) i 120 volt A.C. Preferred Instrument Bus # Y22 (Vital Bus) 120 volt A.C. Preferred Instrument Bus # Y24 (Vital Bus)

APPLICABILITY: MODES 1, 2, 3 and 4.

ACTION:

With less than the above complement of A.C. busses OPERABLE, restore the inoperable bus to OPERABLE status within 8 hours9.259259e-5 days <br />0.00222 hours <br />1.322751e-5 weeks <br />3.044e-6 months <br /> or be in COLD SHUTDOWN within the next 36 hours4.166667e-4 days <br />0.01 hours <br />5.952381e-5 weeks <br />1.3698e-5 months <br />.

SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS 4.8.2.1 The specified A.C. busses shall be determined OPERABLE and energized with tie breakers open between redundant busses at least l

once per 7 days by verifying correct breaker alignment and indicated power availability.

ELECTRICAL POWER SYSTEMS A.C. DISTRIBUTION - SHUTDOWN LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION 3.8.2.2 As a minimum, the following A.C. electrical busses shall be l

OPERABLE and energized:

1 - 4160 volt Emergency Bus 1 - 480 volt Emergency Bus 2 - 120 voit A.C. Preferred Instrument Busses (Vital Busses) l APPLICABILITY: MODES 5 and 6.

ACTION:

With any of the above required electrical busses not energized in the required manner, immediately suspend all operations involving CORE ALTERATIONS, positive reactivity changes, or movement of irradiated fuel.

Initiate corrective action to energize the required electrical busses in the specified manner. Within 8 hours9.259259e-5 days <br />0.00222 hours <br />1.322751e-5 weeks <br />3.044e-6 months <br />, depressurize and vent the RCS through a >3.40 square-inch vent.
