A special announced inspection was conducted on May 19-23, 1986 by
Mr. S. Sherbini and Mr. T. Tuccinardi. The inspection, conducted at the
J.A.
FitzPatrick Station, related to the implementation of the dosimetry
program for personnel monitoring.
The program was found to have a number of
concerns that your staff has acknowledged.
As discussed during the exit
interview, these Program Weaknesses will be corrected by November 30, 1986.
Details of these items are discussed in the enclosed report.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
