License Change Application 130, Revision 1 Plant Review Board Review of Procedures Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of Revision 1 to License Change Application (LCA) 130 requesting amendment of Operating License NPF-1.
LCA 130 proposes to revise the Technical Specifications concerning the Trojan Plant Review Board (PRB) requirements to review changes to Plent procedures. Revision 1 is being submitted to incorporate comments dis-cussed in a telephone conversation with members of your staff and com-pletely supersedes our submittal of September 13, 1985. Revision 1 adds a new Technical Specification 6 5.3, Technical Review and Control, references that Technical Specification in 6.8.2 regarding technical review of changes to procedures, and generally conforms to previously approved Technical Specifications for the Callaway Nuclear Plant.
Also attached is one signed copy of a certificate of Service for LCA 130, Revision 1 to the chief executive of the county in which the facility is located and the Director of the State of Oregon, Departatent of Energy.
