Task Order No. 7. Modification No. 3 Under Contract No. NRC-04 50 Entitled " Individual Plant Examination of External Events (IPEEE) Submittal Reviews of Group 3 Nuclear Power Plants"
Dear Dr. Khutib-Rahbor:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance at no additional cost through December 31, 1998.
fask Order No. 7 is hereby modified as follows:
Paragraph two of modification no. 2 dated February 10. 1997 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"The period of performance for Task Order No. 7 is May 18,1995 through December 31, 1998."
A sumary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this modification is given below:
Total FY95 Obligation Amount:
$244.265.70 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations:
$244.265.70 This modification does not obligate funds.
All other terms and conditions of Task Order No. 7 remain the same.
Please indicate your. acceptance of this task order modification by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this
-document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Specialist.
You should retain the third copy for your records.
