Dear Dr. Khatib-Rahbar:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance at no additional cost through December 31, 1998.
Task Order No. 8 is hereby modified as follows:
Task Order No. 8 will be in effect from February 18, 1997 through December 31, 1998,"
A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this modification is given below:
Total FY97 Obligation Amount:
5215,902.39 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations: $215,902.39 This modification does not obligate funds.
All other terms and conditions of Task Order No. 8 remain the same.
