SCOPE 1RE07 SYSTEM PRESSURE TESTS The examinations summarized in this report were performed in accordance with the 1983 Edition through Summer 1983 Addenda of the ASME Code,Section XI which is applicable to the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station, Unit 1 T.us report covers selected ASME Code Class 1 and 2 Systems / Components. P.aminations and tests required by the Code are scheduled in accordance with " Inspection Program B" as defined in IWil-2412 and IWC-2412 for ASME Code Class 1 and 2 Systems / Components. All ASME Code Class I components were examined as prescribed by Table IWB-2500-1, Examination Category B-P which established the examination frequency at each refueling outage. The ASME Code Class 2 Systems / Components were selected on a prcrated basis.
This prorated selection process will continue until all ASME Code Class 2 Systems / Components are examined in accordance with Table IWC-2500-1, Examination Category C-li. This examination category for ASME Code Class 2 Systems / Components established the examination frequency at each inspection period. The remaining third period examinations are anticipated to be completed by the end (9/24/99) of the third inspection period and the first 10 year Inspection Intenal.

AllSTRACT OF EXAhilNATIONS A System Leakage Test as prescribed in IWA-5211(a) for all AShiE Code Class 1 Pressure Retaining Conponents was conducted in accordance with Table IWil-2500-1, Examination Category ll-l', item Nos. 1115.10, IlI 5.20,1115.30,1115.40,1115.50,1115.60, and 1115.70.
The Pressure Ter*. and VT-2 visual examinations were conducted in accordance with Plant Surveillance Pressure Test Procedure, OPSP15-RC-0001, Reactor Coolant System Leakage Pressure Test (Rev. 3) at the conclusion of the seventh refueling outage. ash 1E Code Class 1 piping and valves are specifically identified in the above referenced procedure.

AllSTRACT OF CORRECTIVE hiEASURES RECONihiENDED AND TAKEN The Visual Examinations (VT-2) performed during the Pressure Test found minor leakage at mechanicaljoints such as valve stems and flanged connections. These leaks were evaluated and determined acceptable for continued operation. Appropriate corrective action was initiated to correct these leaks.

IRE 07 SYSTEM PRESSURE TESTS The examinations summarind in this report were performed in accordance with the 198.2 Edition through Summer 1983 Addenda of the ASME Code,Section XI which is l
i applicable to the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station, Unit 1. This report covers selected ASME Cale Class 1 and 2 Systems / Components. Examinations and tests required by the Code are scheduled in accordance with " Inspection Program B" as defined
- n IWH 2412 and IWC 2412 for ASME Code Class 1 and 2 Systems / Components. - All ASME Code Class I components were examined as prescribed by Table IWH-2500-1, Examination Category H P which established the examination frequency at each refueling outage. The ASME Code Class 2 Systems / Components were selected on a prorated basis.
This prorated selection process will continue until all ASME Code Class 2 Systems / Components are examined in accordance with Table IWC-25001 Examination i
Category C-II. This examination category for ASME Code Class 2 Systems / Components catablished the examination frequency at each inspection period. The remaining third period examinations are anticipated to be completed by the end (9/24/99) of the third inspection period and the first 10 year inspection interval.

A11STRACT OF EXAhilNAllDNS A System Leakage Test as prescribed in IWA-5211(a) for all ASME Code Class 1 Pressure Retaining Conponents was conducted in accordance with Table IWB 25001. Examination Category ll P, Item Nos. Il15.10, Ill5.20 B15.30,1115.40, D15.50,1115.60, and 1115.70.
The Pressure Test and VT-2 visual examinations were conducted in accordance with Plant Surveillance Pressune Test Procedure, OPSP15 RC-0001, Reactor Coolant System Leakage Pressure Test (Rev. 3) at the conclusion of the seventh refueling outage. ASME Code Class 1 piping and valves are specifically identified in the above referenced procedure.
12.
ABSTRACT OF CORRECTIVE hfEASURES RECOMMENDED AND TAKEN The Visual Examinations (VT-2) perfonned during the Pressure Test found minor leakage at mechanical joints such as valve stems and flanged connections. These leaks were evaluated and determined acceptable for continued operation. Appropriate corrective action was initiated to correct these leaks.

- 12. ABSTRACT OF CORRECTIVE MEASURES RECOMMENDED AND TAKEN The Visual Examinations (VT 2) performed during these Pressure Tests found only minor leakage at mechanical joints such as valve stems and flanged connections.
These leaks were evaluated and determined acceptable for continued system operation. Appropriate corrective action was initiated to correct these leaks.

SCOPE 1RE07 SYSTEM PRFSSURE TESTS The examinations summarized in this report were performed in accordance with the 1983 Edition through Summer 1983 Addenda of the ASME Code,Section XI which is applicable to the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station. Unit 1. This report covers selected ASME C de Class I and 2 Systems / Components. Examinations and tests required by the Code are scheduled in accordance with " Inspection Program II" as delir:ed in IWil 2412 and IWC-2412 for ASME Code Class 1 and 2 Systems / Components. All ASME Code Class I componems were examined as prescribed by Table IWil 2500-1, Examination Category Il P which established the examination frequency at each refueling outage. The ASME Code Class 2 Systems / Components were selected on a prorated basis.
This prorated selection process will continue until all ASME Code Class 2 Systems / Components are examined in accordance with Table IWC-2500-1, Examination Category C-II. This examination category for ASME Code Class 2 Systems / Components established the examination frequency at each inspection period. The remaining third period examinations are anticipated to be completed by the end (9/24/99) of the third inspection period and the first 10 year inspection Interval.

AllSTRACT OF EXAMINATIONS A System Leakage Test as prescribed in IWA-5211(a) for all ASME Code Class 1 Pressure Retaining Conponents was conducted in accordance with Table IWu 2500-1. Examination Category ll P, item Nos. B15.10,1115.20,1115.30,1115.40, B15.50,1115.60, and 1115.70.
The Pressure Test and VT-2 visual examinations were conducted in accordance with Plant Surveillance Pressure Test Procedure, OPSPl5-RC-0001, Reactor Coolant System Leakage Pressure Test (Rev. 3) at the conclusion of the seventh refueling outage. ASME Code Class 1 piping and valves are specifically identified in the above referenced procedure.

ABSTRACT OF CORRECTIVE MEASURES RECOMMENDED AND TAKEN The Visual Examinations (VT-2) perfo;med during the Pressure Test found minor leakage at mechanicaljoints such as valve stems and flanged connections. i'hece leaks were evaluated and determined acceptable for continued operation. Appropriate corrective action was initiated to correct these leaks.

SCOPE 1RE07 SYSTEM PRESSURE TESTS The examinations summe.rized in this report were performed in accordance with the 1983 Edition through Summer 1983 Addenda of the ASME Code,Section XI which is applicable to the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station, Unit 1. This report covers selected ASME Code Class 1 and 2 Systems / Components. Examinations and tests required by the Code are scheduled in accordance with " Inspection Program B" as defined in IWB-2412 and IV/! : 2412 for ASME Code Class 1 and 2 Systems / Components. All ASME Code Class I components were examined as prescribed by Table IWB-2500-1, Examination Category B-P which established the examination frequency at each refueling outage. The ASME Code Class 2 Systems / Components were selected on a prorated basis.
This prorated selection process will continue until all ASME Code Class 2 Systems / Components are uamined in accordance with Table IWC-2500-1, Examination Category C-II. This eyamination category for ASME Code Class 2 Systems / Components established the examinadon frequency at each inspection period. The remaining third period examinations are anticipated to be completed by the end (9/24/99) of the third inspection period and the first 10 year inspection Inten al.

ABSTRACT OF EXAMINATIONS A System Leakage Test as prescribed in IWA-5211(a) for all ASME Code Class 1 Pressure Retaining Conponents was conducted in accordance with Table IWB-2500-1, Examination Categorv B P, Itc.n Nos. Bl5.10, B15.20, B15.30, B15.40, B15.50, B15.60, and B15.70.
T;.e Pressure Test and VT-2 visual examinations were conducted in accordance with Plant Surveillance Pressure Test Procedure,9Ph 15-RC-000), Reactor Coolant System Leakage Pressure Test (Rev. 3) at the conclusion of the seventh refueling outage. ASME Code Class 1 piping and valves are specifically identified in the above referenced procedure.

ABSTRACT OF CORRECTIVE MEASURES RECOMMENDliDJND TAKEN The Visual Examina ions (VT-2) performed during the Pressure Test found mmot leakage at mechanicaljoints such as valve stems and flanged connections. These leaks were evaluated and determined acceptable for continued operation. Appropriate corrective action was initiated to cmrect these leaks.
