Request for Extension to Response to Notice of Violation Cooper Nuclear Station, NRC Docket 50-298, DPR-46
Dear Mr. Powers:
On December 21,1998, Cooper Nuclear Station received the NRC Inspection Report 50-298/98-15 and Notice of Violation, dated December 17,1998. We request an extension of the present due date to February 2,1998, as additional time is required to resolve issues raised on corrective actions during senior management review. This request was verbally approved during a telephot;e conversation between yourself and Mr. Jim Sumpter, Licensing Supervisor.
