Revision of the Nuclear Science Center's Technical Speci0 cations
Dear Sir,
The Nuclear Science Center Reactor (NSCR) has scanned its technical specincations into WORD 97. Along with the conversion some minor changes have been made. The following is a summary of these changes.

Section 3.5.2," Argon 41 Discharge Limit", was changed from 4.8X10 to 1.0X10 pCi/ml. This was done to comply with the current 10 CFR 20.
2.
The tcrminology of section 3.5.2 " Argon-41 Discharge Limit" and section 6.6.1.f.1
" Annual Report Liquid Waste" was changed frord "MPC" to "Emuent Concentration."
This was done to agree with the current 10 CFR 20 terminology.
3.
Section 6.6.2,"Special Reports", was modined to state that the special reports shall be sent to the NRC headquarters instead of the NRC Region IV. This was done in response to a letter, wl.ich was received in July 1997 from hir. Ellis hierschoff, NRC Region IV.
The NSCR staff and the Reactor Safety Board have reviewed the Technical Speci0 cation changes. It has been determined that the changes do not reduce the effectiveness or change the meaning of the NSCR's Technical Speci0 cations.
