I In accordance with 10 CFR Part 76, the United States Enrichment Corporation (USEC) hereby submits twenty (20) copies of Revision 35 (January 8,1999) to USEC-01, Application for United States Nuclear Regulatoiy Commission Certification, Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant (Certification Application), and twenty (20) copies of Revision 8 (January 8,1999) to DOE /ORO-2026, Plan for Achieving Compliance with NRC Regulations at the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant (Compliance l
Plan).
Revision 35 of the Certification Application and Revision 8 of the Compliance Plan incorporate changes that were previously submitted for your review in accordance with 10 CFR 76.45 and were approved as Amendment 22 to Cenificate ofCompliance GDP-1 in your letter dated January 7,1999 (TAC NO, L32103). Revision 35 of the Certification Application also incorporates additional changes to the Safety Analysis Report (SAR) that have been reviewed in accordance with 10 CFR 76 and have been determined not to require prior NRC approval. Revision bars are provided in the margin to identify the changes. These document revisions have been implemented efTective January 8,1999.
