' office on October 23, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), copies of 36 listed records or cat $gories of records related to the Babcock & Wilcox facilities in Apollo and Parks Township, Pennsylvania.
We have been informed by the NRC staff that they were unable to locate the four documents identified as numbers 9,10,15, and 18 of your request under the additional it. formation you provided by letter dated January 10, 1986.
