I agree to pay reasonable search and duplication fees for the processing of this request in an amount not to exceed
$40.
- However, please notify me prior to your incurring any expenses in excess of that amount.
The FOI Act provides for a waiver or reduction of fees if disclosure could be considered as "primarily benefiting the general public."
I am a
journalist employed by The Knoxville News-Sentinel, and intend to use the requested information as the basis for an article.
The Tennessee Valley Authority's nuclear program and the NRC's regulation of that program are subjects of great ~ interest to the general public.
Therefore, I ask that you waive all search and duplication fees.
If you deny this-request,
- however, I am prepared to pay reasonable fees up to $40, but please notify me of the estimated charges before you begin to process my request.
If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the Act.
