Licensee's Answer to Notice of Hearing In its Notice of Hearing of May 30, 1986, 51 Fed. Reg. 20,384, the Commission provided Licensee GPU Nuclear an opportunity to answer the Notice within twenty days.
Licensee herein providee its answer.
Licensee through counsel will appear at the noticed hearing and present argument and evidence in support of its position that NRC requirements were not violated as is alleged in the Notice of Violation and Proposed Imposition of Civil Penalty issued on August 12, 1985, and that the related Order Imposing civil Mone-tary Penalty, issued on March 4, 1986, should not be sustained.
