The Cycle 12 COLR, Revision 0, provides the cycle-specific limits established to support operation of Cycle 12 up to 678 Effective Full Power Days _(EFPD) and provides an updated list of references. The cycle-specific core operating limits contained in this report have been determined in accordance with Technical Specification 6.9.5.
