2.1 PURPOSE AND SCOPE The purp'se of this Instruction is to supplement Refer-o ence 1-A and to provide inspection criteria and techni-l ques for electrical Quality Control personnel in the i

accomplishment of " Verify Terminations" inspections.

j 3.0 INSTRUCTION s

3.1 VERIFY TERMINATIONS' The following criteria applies:

The QC Inspector shall verify tha t conductors are c

terminated to the proper place and shall L. in accor-dance with the latest applicable Engineering drawings or Vendor drawings.

b.

No more than two (2) lugs will be allowed under a single terminal block screw, unless otherwise shown l

on approved Engineering drawings.

l c.

Conductor terminations should be arranged in a neat i

l and orderly fashion, and secured with tyraps or ap-proved equivalents.

d.

Upon Engineering approval cables will be terminated temporarily and tagged as such.

directed to perform the necessary inspections after I
