Enclosed are five copies of revision 15 of the subject physical protection plan. This revision includes revisions to pages 11,14, and 31 to change the title "Vice President, Engineering and Manufacturing," and revisions of the remaining pcges to update the format.1he revision, which does not decrease the effectiveness of the plan, is submitted under the proviFions of 10 CFR 70.32(e).
The document is considered pcoprietary to Siemens Power Corporation (SPC) and an affidavit to that effect is included. The NRC may, however, reproduce this iriformation for regulatory purposes.
