NIAGARA M0 HAWK POWER CORPORATION NINE MILE POINT NUCLEAR STATION UNIT #1 NARRATIVE OF OPERATING EXPERIENCE MAY 1984 The station has been shutdown since March 17th for scheduled refueling and overhaul. During the month of May the station experienced a series of cold shutdown scrams.

On 5/9/64 a spurious trip of IRM 11 and 16.

On 5/13/84 During power board switching a loss of power to RPS MG Sets.

On 5/21/84 High Pressure Scram during vessel hydrostatic testing.

On 5/24/84 A loss of scram header air pressure during a containment spray air test resulted in a scram dump instrument volume High Level Trip.

The station is scheduled to return to service in e6rly June 1984.
