This letter refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. R. A, McBrearty
of this office on October 31 to November 4,1938 at the James A. FitzPatrick
Nuclear Power Plant and to the discussions of our findings held by R. A. McBrearty
with Mr. R. J. Converse at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection focused on inservice inspection activities as described in the
NRC Region I Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures
and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the
inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
