Pilot Avenue Stuart, Florida 34997 Re:
2n the Matter of Florida Power and Light Company (St. Lucie Plant, Unit No. 1)
Docket No. 50-335-OLA
Dear Mr. Rich:
This will confirm our telephone conversation earlier
.today.
During the course of that discussion it was agreed that FPL would have no objection to your filing answers to the interrogatories with which you have been served, up to and including July 5, 1988.
In addition, you stated that you would be withdrawing admitted contention 2, having to do with postulated cask drop accidents involving the temporary crane which was utilized during the reracking.
You indicated that this was because your concerns have been eliminated as a result of the reracking having been completed, and the temporary crane having been removed.
You also indicated that you would be writing a letter to the Licensing Board this week to withdraw the contention, and stating that you wculd not pursue i; further.
Sincerely, e
