Proposed Technical Specification Amendment--Removal of Organization Charts per Guidance of Generic Letter 88-06 Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. transmits herewith one signed original and two copies of the document entitled, "Application for Amendment to operating Licenses".
This Application requests an amendment to the Technical Specifications for Indian Point Unit Nos. 1 and 2 to remove the organization charts from the administrative control requirements of the Technical Specifications.
The appropriate filing fee, in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12, is enclosed.
