This refers to the NRC's Systematic Assessment of Licensee Perfomance (SALP 7)
Board Report for the Zion Station, and our meeting of September 7, 1988, which
discussed in detail the contents of the report and your written corrrents dated
October 19, 1988 relative to the report.
Based on the fomal exchange of information between our respective staffs, and
in the absence of verbal identification of discrepancies within the report or
femal written coments from you requiring resolution, no changes to the SALP
Board Report are necessary.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's Rules of Practice, Part 2
Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter with the
referenced attachments, will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
No reply to this letter is required; however, should you have questions
regarding the SALP Report or Appendix thereto, please let us know and we will
be pleased to discuss then with you.
