Dear Ms. Morie:
By letter dated March 24, 2020 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System
[ADAMS] Accession Number ML20097C643), Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc. (NFS) transmitted Letter 24G-20-0005 that submitted Revision 004 of the Category II Physical Protection Plan (PPP) and Revisions 007 & 008 for the Category III PPP, which included changes in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Section 70.32(e). The incoming cover letter was made publicly available. The enclosures containing the PPPs are not publicly available because of their unclassified controlled nuclear information designation.
The NRC staff has identified that additional information is needed before final action can be taken. The additional information, specified in the attachment to this email, should be provided within 30 days to maintain the schedule supporting completion of our formal review by September 4, 2020.
The attachment to this email contains sensitive security-related information. Accordingly, it is marked as Official Use Only, has been encrypted, and is withheld from public disclosure. A copy of this e-mail will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room, or from the Publicly Available Records System component of ADAMS.
