CNRO-98/00025 in the referenced letter, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(a)(3), Entergy Operations, Inc.
(EOI) requested NRC review and approval of a Quality Assurance Program Manual
- (OAPM) for use by all of EOI. In subsequent meetings the NRC Staff and EOl have identified changes to the originally proposed QAPM and EOl has identified some editorial corrections. This letter submits the revised document. The proposed QAPM continues to fully implement the requirements of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B.
The details of EOl's revisions can be found in the attached. Attachment 1 (Entergy Operations, Inc. Quality Assurance Program Manual) and Attachment 2 (Discussions of Change) are complete replacements for the previously provided attachments.
Attachments 3 through 6 (markups of the current QA programs) are page replacements.
As discussed in the referenced letter, EOl requests allowance for a phased implementation time of 6 months from the date of approval of the QAPM by the NRC.
