MERRILL TO PARTICIPATE AS AN INTERESTED STATE ON CONTENTIONS RELATING TO THE NEW 11AMPSHIRE RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN On March 19, 15'3 6, the State of New Hampshire and its Attorney General, Stephen E.

Merrill, filed a Petition seeking to participate in this proceeding as an interested State pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 6 2.715(c),

with respect to contentions filed on the New Hampshire radiological emergency response plan.1 The NRC Staff does not oppose the Petition filed by the State of New Hampshire and its Attorney General.
