TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY-DISCHARGE MONITORING REPORT HARD COPIES FOR SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN)
Please find enclosed the Third Quarter 1908 DMR for SON. There are two changes to the quarterly DMR from those copies submitted monthly. They are:
(1) There were injections of H-130M (quatemary amine) into the ERCW in July. The July DMR (DSN-101) has been amended to reflect these additions. The re:ultant calculated maximum concentration is 0.029 mg/L, which is less than the maximum allowable 0.05 mg/L calculated concentration.
(2) A calculated phosphate concentration of 0.008 mg/L resulting from PCL-222 (phosphate-copolymer blend) ERCW injection was reported in the August DMR (DSN-101). The actual calculated concentration should have been 0.007 mg/L.
Corrected DMR sheets for DSN 101 have been generated and have been placed in the quarterly report directly following the original submissions.
