Gentlemen:
This letter transmits the following revisions to the noted project documents:
Revision 4 of the ICAVP Audit Plan Revision 4 of project procedure PP-02 " Accident Mitigation Systems Review" e
Revision 3 of project procedure PP-04 " Regulatory Review Procedure" e
Revision 6 of project procedure PP-07 " Discrepancy Reports" The attached revisions replace the noted project documents in their entirety. These revisions incorporate additional changes required to reflect the current methodology employed in the ICAVP review.
This letter also transmits Revision 5 of the System Vertical Slice Review (SVSR) Project Instruction PI-01, "SVSR Implementation Checklists and Workbook" Revision 5 can be incorporated by replacing the cover page and pages iii, iv, PI-65, PI-73, PI-74, PI-75, PI-76, and I-03-2, with the attached Revision 5 pages. These changes delete the IPEEE review and transfer completion of the Appendix R and Station Blackout reviews to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
