EgygEQ AGENDA FOR CRGR MEETING NO. 329 The Committee to Review Generic Requirements (CRGR) will meet on Tuesday, October 13, 1998, from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm, in Room T-7F5. The agenda is as follows:
9:00 am - 11:00 am E. Ten Eyck (NMSS) will present for CRGR review and endorsement the backfitting procedures for the gaseous diffusion p' ants -- NMSS Policy and Procedures Letter 1-53 (CRGR ltem No.196, which was

11:00 am - 12:30 pm J. Roe (NRR) will present for CRGR review and endorsement the final rule - " Frequency of Reviews and Audits for Emergency Preparedness Programs, Safeguard Contingency Plans, and Security Programs for Nuclear Power Reactors (Part 73)" (CRGR ltem No.
197, which was distributed to the members on September 23,1998).

presentations to the CRGR are responsible for (1) ensuring that the information required for g
CRGR review is provided to the Committee (CRGR Charter - IV.B), (2) coordinating and I q*
J presenting views of other offices, (3) as appropriate, ensuring that other offices are represented during the presentation, and (4) ensuring that agenda modifications are coordinated with the CRGR contact (Raji Tripathi,415-7584) and others involved with the presentation. Division 0
