On August 17, REGULATIONS 50.33(f) AND 50.57 (a) (4) TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY l
REQUIRE APPLICANTS TO DEMONSTRATE FINANCIAL QUALIFICATIO OPERATE AND TO DECOMMISSION SEABROOK STATION.
