Redirection of Material Previously Considered Proprbtary to the Public Document Room The information provided in Enclosure 1 of this note was originally submitted with Westinghouse letter NSD-NRC-98-5716 dated June 9,1998, and was identified as proprietary (See Accession

1. 9806160016). Westinghouse letter NSD-NRC-98-5759 dated August 17,1998, (Enclosure 2) states that the inforniation in Enclosure 1 is no longer considered proprietary.

Therefore, I have removed the Westinghouse proprietary markings from Enclosure 1 so that it can be placed into the public files.
