Report No. 50-373/88001; 50-374/88001 and were discussed with the licensee on

June 21, 1988, at the Brookfield Towr. ship Hall in Seneca, Illinois.
The

licensee's regulatory performance was presented and found acceptable in

each functional area.

The hKC acknowledged the improvements in performance at LaSalle as
compared to SALP periods 3, 4 and 5 and suggested that the licensee needs

to raintain their effort to sustain this long-term improving trend in
order to acHese superior performance.
While the treeting was primarily a discussion between the licenses

and NF.C. it was cpen tc rembers of the public as observers.
