MODIFICATION NO. 6 TO TASK ORDER NO. 28 ENTITLED
" TECHNICAL BASIS FOR LICENSE RENEWALS" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-02-95-003
Dear Ms. Strike:
The purpose of this modification is to revise the deliverable date for submittal of the Task 2b draft letter report from August 17,1998 to September 21,1998, at no additional cost or obligation to the Govemrnent. This extension is needed to incorporate information into the report from recently obtained references. Accordingly, under Section 8.0 entitled
" DELIVERABLES / SCHEDULE AND/OR MILESTONES" of the Statement of Work, the delivery date for Task 2b draft letter report is changed to read as follows:
" Task 2b draft letter is due September 21,1998."
This modification does not obligate any funds for this Task Order. In addition, the issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms and conditions, including the ceiling amount of $281,847.00.
