Dear Administrative Judges:
It has recently come to my attention that the "Staff Reply To June 27,1988 Appeal Board Order," dated July 11, 1988, although served on the parties and the Appeal Board panel on that date, inadvertently carried the OL-3 caption.
Further, the certificate of service was captioned as being before the Licensing Board instead of the Appeal Board and did not contain the names of the inoividual Appeal Board members.
Enclosed for filing in the OL-5 docket, is a correctd copy of that dccument with a revised cover sheet, title sheet and certificate of service containing the OL-5 caption.
In addition, the certificate now indicates that the matter is before the Appeal Board and lists the individual Appeal Board members.
The Staff woefully regrets any confusion this matter may have caused.
