This report is being submitted in accordance with Technical Specification 4.4.5.5(b). This inspection constitutes the "Third Inservice Inspection" of Steam Generator tubes as required by Technical Specification 4.4.5.2 and 4.4.5.3.
This report includes the following:

The number and extent of tubes inspected 3.
Location and percent of wall thickness penetration for each indication of an imperfection, degradation, or defects 4.
