I wrote to you on July 8, 1994 concerning an adjudicator) hearing to be held to consider an order issued by the Commission to Kenneth G. Pierce on April 21, 1994.
I requested that you call me at (301) 504-1525, since I was informed by the Information Operator that there is no telephone number listed for you at the above address.
I would appreciate hearing from you so that we can discuss your recall of the events which occurred on September 18, 1992 at the Dresden Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 2.
I am particularly interested in statements made by Mr. Pierce after the mispositioning of the control rod, which you described to the members of Commonwealth Edison Company management and the Commission's Office of Investigations during interviews in November and Decemb, 1992.
