Dear Mr. Kingsley:

This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. R. Shell of your staff and myself concerning a predecisional enforcement conference which has been scheduled for June 27, 1997, at 10:30 a.m.

The purpose of this Bredecisional enforcement conference is to discuss the events surrounding a nit 1 inadvertent drain down of the reactor coolant system on March 24, 1997.

i The location of the meeting will be at the NRC Region II office, Atlanta Federal Center, 61 Forsyth Street, S. W., Atlanta, Georgia, Room 24T20. This enforcement conference is open for public observation in accordance with Section V of the NRC Enforcement Policy (NUREG 1600).
