P' Please provide the reports given Mr. Brunner and the " unofficial, overall evaluation of the licensee and facility" he describes for the Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (Northeast Utilities) for the Mill-stone Point plants One and Two in Waterford, Conn., including reports for all areas listed in the Brunner memorandum:
Overall management, quality assurance, personnel training, procedures, refueling and LRTs, fire protection and part 21, ISI, radiation protection and environ-mental.
