This is in response to F. J. Leng's Office of Inspection and Enforcement letter, RII:DJB 50-259/77-26, 50-260/77-26, and 50-296/77-26, dated January 3,1978, concerning an activity at Browns Ferry Huclear Plant units 1, 2, and 3 which appeared to have been in nonecmpliance with URC requirements.
Enclosed is our response to the specific infraction.
Our response contains physical security information that is exempt from disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790.
We, therefore, request that the enclosed response along with the January 3,1978, inspection report not be placed in the Public Document Room, This respense was discussed with C. E. Alderson of your staff on January 25, 1978.
