License Change Application 162 Attached are three signed originals and 40 conformed copies of License Change Application (LCA) 162 requesting amendment of Opecating License NPF-1.
These proposed changes 'evise the Offsite and Facil8.ty Organization Charts in the Trojan Technical Specifications.
Proposed replacement pages for the Technical Specifications are provided as an attachment to the LCA.
Also attached is a check for $150 in accordance with Title 10 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 170, and one signed copy of a Certificate of Service for LCA 162 to the chief executive of the county in which the facility is located and to the State of Oregon, Department of Energy.
Pending approval of the LCA, temporary relief from the offsite and facil-ity organizational requiremer4s described in Technical Specifications 6.2.1 and 6.2.2 is requested. The proposed changee in LCA 162 represent non-nuclear corporate structura changes, minor position title changes, and the addition of Trojan Plant p0sitions which improve the ivision of responsi-bilities onsite.
Since these changes involve no adverse effects on the safe operatinn of the Plant as described in the attached LCA and resul+ in improved organizational efficiency, we believe temporary relici allowing immediate implementation is justified, Your p.
