(Skagit Nuclear Power Project, Units 1 and 2)

Docket Nos. STN 50-522 and STN 50-523

Dear Mr Leed:

This is in response to your letter to me dated October 13, 1978 and our recent telephone conversation concerning the need for geological field trips to be con-ducted by personnel of the USGS. As I indicated to you on the telephone, I am presently not aware of any such field trips scheduled in the immediate future with respect to the Skagit site review. If any field trips are planned, you and Dr. Cheney will be afforded the opportunity to attend, as you have been on past field trips.

Sincerely, j (.
