CALLAWAY PLANT FACILITY OPERATIONS LICENSE NPF-30 CALLAWAY PLANT RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN, REV. 11 Enclosed please find one copy of Revision 11 of the Callaway Plant Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP) which has been approved and implemented in accor6ance with Callaway Plant procedures.
Major changes incorporated in Revision 11 are the merger of the Interim EOF and Corporate Emergency Organizations into the EOF Emergency Organization, and a change to the Emer-gency Action Levels (EALs) format that is easier to read and ure.

Recent company organizational changes and minor editing are ali.o reflected in this revision.
This information was previously discussed with Mr. William Snell of USNRC Region III on December 17, 1987.
It was transmitted to Mr. Jim Patterson at USNRC Region III on February 4, 1988 for his informal review.
It is our opinion that Revision 11 does not decrease the effectiveness of Emergency Preparedness at Callaway and that the plan continues to meet the standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50. 54 (q), we intend to implement this revision on March 1, 1988.
