Supplement to License Chango Application 15 Rp"iwion 1 Attached is one signed original of a supplement to License Changa Application (LCA) 186, Revision I requesting amendment of Oporating Licenso NPF-1.
This LCA responds to the recommended changes contained in Cecoric Lntter (CL) 87-09, " Sections 3.0 and 4.0 of the Standard Technical Specifications (STS) on the Applicability of Limiting Conditions for Operation and Surveillance Requirements".. Soveral minor administrativo changes are also included.
This LCA also includos our response to yuur Roquest for Additional Information on the Licenso Amendment Application under CL 87-09 for Trojan
.NuclearPlant(TACNo.fif5774).
We request that LCA 186, Revision 1 be replaced in its entirety by this supplomont.
Changes made to Attachments A and C are denoted by side bars.
