Mod. 4. IA No. NRC-02-92-001 ((FERC 93-Y-HL-0001) Entitled,
" Technical Assistance for NRC's Dam Safety Program Implementation" Enclosed are three presigned copies of the subject modification. The purpose i
of this modification is to revise:
(1) the Estimated Cost and Obligation, increasing the obligated amount by $32,000.00, from $118,684.00 to
$150,684.00. (2) the Period of Performance, and (3) the NRC Technical Point of Contact. Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
j Article IV. Estimated Cost and Obligation, is deleted in its entirety and j
replaced with the following:
"The total estimated amount of this Agreement is $190,000.00 annually for fiscal years 1992 - 2000.
FERC shall be reimbursed at their current " Hourly Rates of OHL Employees Performing Reimbursable Dam Safety Inspection Work for DOE" (Attachment 4). The amount pre'sently ~ ~
obligated for this Agreement is $150,684.00.
Requests for payment must cite the following funding data.

Article V. Period of Performance. is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"The period of performance for work specified in this Interagency i
Agreement shall commence on September 1, 1992, and continue through September 30, 2000.
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon providing the other party ninety (90) days written notice."

l Under Article VI, Points of Contact, the FERC and NRC Technical point of contact is deleted and replaced with the following:

Mr. Daniel S. Rom, (301) 504-6704" Section 7.0, " Period of Performaace" of the Statement of Work, is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"The period of performance for work specified in this Interagency Agreement shall conmence September 1,1992 through September 30, 2000."
All other terms and conditions of this Interagency Agreement remain the same.
Please indicate your acceptance of this modification by having an official authorized to bind your organization execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contracting Officer.
You should retain the third copy for your records.
