Interagency Agreement No. NRC-02-83-046, " Criteria for Evaluating Engineered Facilities," Modification No. 5 This modification is issued to extend the period of performance and to increase the total amount obligated to the subject Interagency Agreement.

Therefore, the following changes are nereby incorporated:

1.

Article I - PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE, delete the date " September 30, 1985" and insert " October 31, 1985 " in lieu thereof.

2.

Article III - Estimate of Cost, delete the amount "$447,000.00" and insert "$450,000.00" in lieu thereof.

3.

Article IV - Oblisation of Funds, delete the amount "$447,000.00" and insert "$450,000.00" in lieu thereof.

These additional funds are chargeable to the following appropriation data:

B&R Number FIN Number 50-19-03-02 D1001-6 As a result of this modification, the total amount obligated to this Intergency Agreement is increased by $3,000.00 from $447,000.00 to

$450,000.00.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.
