Pursuant to 10CFR50.71(e) Entergy Operations, Inc. hereby submits one signed original and 10 copies of the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR), Revision 10 for Grand Gulf Nuclear Station (GGNS).
This submittal revises the updated FSAR to include changes required in accordance with 10CFR50.71(e) up to November 30, 1996.
As required by 10CFR50.71(e), I hereby certify, to the best of my knowledge, information and belief, that the information provided in the attached updated FSAR, Revision 10, accurately represents changes made since the previous submittal, necessary to reflect information and analyses submitted to the NRC or prepared pursuant to NRC requirement.
As committed in our letter from J. G. Dewease dated May 7, 1997, GGNS has initiated a voluntary review of selected FSAR material in accordance with the NRCs policy on enforcement discretion for FSAR discrepancies.
