A routine safety inspection was conducted by Mr. P. Clemons of this office on
January 28-31, 1986 of activities authorized by NRC License No. ORP-11.
Discussions of our findings were held by Mr. Clemons with yourself and other
members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I Inspec-
tion Report which is enclosed with this letter. The inspection of your Radio-
active Waste Transportation activities consisted of selective examinations of
procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observa-
tions by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
No reply to this letter is required. Your cooperation with us in this matter
is appreciated.
