We have received your letter of February 18, 1986, which described your concerns for the written contents of the FEMA Guidance Memorandum PR-1, " Policy on NUREG-0654/ FEMA-REP-1 and 44 CFR 350 Periodic Requirements." Your letter is being forwarded to the Energency Preparedness Licensing Branch in the Office of Inspection and Enforcement.
Representatives from this office are normally involved in coordination of NRC and FEMA guidance regarding emergency preparedness.
