A routine safety inspection was conducted by Ms. M. Miller of this office on
August 19-23, 1985 of activities authorized by NRC License No. OPR-59.
Discussions of our findings were held by Ms. Miller with yourself at the
conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I Inspec-
tion Report which is enclosed with this letter. The inspection of your Radio-
active Waste Management Program and the improvements to your Post Accident
Sampling System consisted of selective examinations of procedures and repre-

sentative records, interviews with personnel, measurements made by the inspec-
tor, and observations by the inspector.
