Enclosed is our application for renewal of subject license and the required fee of $150.00 and the fee of $150 for Amendment #2 (Ref. 2).
As requested, we have revised the entire license to the technical content and format requirements of NRC Regulatory Guide 3.52 Proposed Revision 1 dated July 1985 and January 1986.
Environmental information concerning effluent releases, environ-mental monitoring data, and the monitoring program described in our August 19, 1983 letter have been incorporated in this application.
The NPDES application for discharge of sanitary wastes and selected waste streams is being prepared for expected submittal in February.
New facility drawings will be provided in February 1986 for those listed in Section 10.1. Our Facilities Engiyeering Group is presently updating these drawings, i
