Dear Sir:
License Condition Number 27 currently requires UNC to cease discharge of liquid wastes containing uranium to the septic
~
leach field area by January 1, 1986.
In prior discussions we have indicated that operation of the extension of the Montville Sanitary System has been delayed by various construction factors. We are proceeding with the construction of our connecting pumping station which will be ready prior to the,Montville System.
Currently we project that the Montville System will be ready in April-June 1986 period.
We recommend modifying the present January 1, 1986 date to August 1, 1986 in Condition 27.
