NRC INSPECTION REPORT N0. 70 1113/97 02
Dear Mr. Kipp:
This refers to the inspection conducted on March 3 7 and March 17-21, 1997, at the Wilmington facility. The nurpose of the inspection was to determine whether activities authorized by the license were conducted safely and in accordance with NRC recuirements. At the conclusion of the inspection, the findings were discussec with those n, embers of your staff identified in the report.

and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of activities in progress.
Within the scope of the inspection, violations or deviations were not identified.
